Spicy steak recipe

Every time you visit friends or colleagues’ homes, you’ll find that they all have one or two specialties. But every time it was my turn, I was always short of money. You look particularly embarrassed like this, don't you? So, for the sake of your dignity, come and learn how to make spicy steak from me now.

1. Soak the steak in cold water for about 3 hours, changing the water 2-3 times during this period.

2. Rinse with running water and drain dry.

3. Pour 8 cups of water into the pot, add 1 scallion (cut into 4 sections), 10 cloves of garlic, and half a spoonful of peppercorns and bring to a boil.

4. After the water boils, add the steak. Don't pour it all in at once, 3-4 pieces at a time.

5. When the water boils again, take out the steak.

6. It is best to wash the cooked steak with warm water. Then drain dry.

7. If the pieces are large, change the knife.

8. To make it easier to separate the beef bones and meat, cut a knife between the meat and bones.

9. Keep the soup from cooking the meat and rinse it with gauze.

10. Prepare the seasoning: 10 spoons of soy sauce, 3 spoons of cooking wine, 2 spoons of chili sauce, 3 spoons of chili powder, 3 spoons of mashed garlic, 2 spoons of sugar, 1/2 spoon of sesame oil, and mix well.

11. Add steak, seasoning and 3 cups of broth into the pot and start stewing. The remaining broth can be added to the next hot steak meal.

12. Stew over medium heat and stir occasionally to prevent the seasoning from sticking to the pot.

13. When the soup is half cooked, add 1 scallion and 3 green peppers cut diagonally, then continue to simmer until the soup is dry.

14. Please sit down, pour the wine, cheers, yes or no.
