1. Wash and peel the carrots, and cut them into pieces about 6 mm wide and 5 cm long.

4. Put some water in the pot, bring it to a boil, add carrots and cook for 2 minutes, then remove from the pot.

7. Add the squid rings into the pot and cook for 5-6 seconds until the squid turns white, then remove from the pot.

8. Soak the squid rings in cold water to cool.

9. Take out the carrots, bamboo shoots and squid rings from the water, drain off excess water, and wrap the squid rings around the carrots and bamboo shoots like a rubber band, then twist them tightly so that one side forms a figure 8.

10. Put it in a bowl, add a little salt, black pepper and olive oil and mix well.
