Rock sugar yam Recipe: 0.75 kg of yam, 3/4 bowl of rock sugar, 5-6 bowls of water. Preparation method: Peel the yam and cut into cubes, add rock sugar and water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until soft (about 40 minutes) and serve.
