How to make matcha red bean buns

What do you do when you are unhappy? Maybe you will choose to cry or laugh, or go out and have fun, or smoke or drink, etc., but I believe there are definitely people who are willing to choose "eating". When you are unhappy, you might as well make something delicious for yourself, maybe your mood will improve immediately. Well, let me first introduce how to make matcha red bean buns.

1.1 After the fermented dough is kneaded evenly, roll it into a cylindrical shape, cut it into 5 equal parts, roll them into balls one by one, and then press them into round slices with thin edges and thick middle. Wrap appropriate fillings, wrap the buns as if pinching folds, and then arrange them in a steamer lined with baking paper. There should be enough space between each one to prevent them from sticking together after steaming.) 3: Because the temperature is high in summer, put them directly on the steamer, cover them with a lid and let them ferment for about 25 to 30 minutes. 4: When the buns have completed the final fermentation, start steaming with cold water, use medium heat, and don't close the steamer lid too tightly. After the water boils, it will take about 12 to 15 minutes to steam them. After turning off the heat, open the steamer lid a little and let it sit for 3 minutes, then open the steamer lid completely, take out the buns and place them on a plate.

2.2 Method 1: I use the dough kneading function of the bread machine. Put the ingredients of the bun skin into the bowl in order, stir into a dough, and let it rest for a while. Then you can start working.

3. Using the same dough, I made stuffed buns, steamed buns, and rose-shaped steamed buns (please refer to "Scallion Mushroom Meat Buns" for the bun recipe... for detailed step-by-step instructions) and precautions. I'll share the steamed bun recipe with you if I have the chance. The rose-shaped bun will be described in detail in the next article~~

4. Japanese matcha powder has a fresh smell, a great taste, and a beautiful color.

5. Full of red bean filling, so delicious~

6. The steamed buns are so puffy... The dough was slightly over-fermented to make the rose shape, and the whole bun is so puffy~ The wrinkles are gone... But the perfect combination of matcha and red beans tastes really good~
