How to make fresh milk steamed buns

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of making fresh milk steamed buns.

1. Pour fresh milk into a large bowl, add sugar, stir until dissolved, add yeast, stir and let stand for 5 minutes.

2.1 Let it ferment until it is 2-2.5 times larger, take it out to exhaust the air, and continue kneading. Cut until there are no large bubbles.

3.2 Add flour and knead the dough until it is shiny (basin shiny, hand shiny and surface shiny). Knead the dough until the surface is smooth.

4. Roll into long cylinders, cut into pieces with a knife, and place in an oiled steamer or place on a sheet of wax paper to prevent sticking.

5. Put cold water in the steamer and put the steamed buns in to ferment for 20 minutes. After steaming over high heat, switch to medium heat and continue steaming for about 10 minutes. After turning off the heat, simmer for 5 minutes before opening the lid.
