​Casserole chicken soup, replenishing qi and blood

It was such a blessing to be able to eat casserole delicacies when I was a child. Many ingredients became delicious instantly when put into the casserole, especially the casserole chicken soup, which is very effective in replenishing qi and blood. This soup is very suitable for women to drink.

1. Chicken Casserole Soup

Materials

Ingredients: 100g chicken skeleton, 50g chicken feet, 50g chicken neck

Accessories: 30g vermicelli, 50g cabbage, 30g winter bamboo shoots, 20g fresh mushrooms, 10g dried shrimp

Seasoning: 10g lard (refined), 10g cooking wine, 5g green onion, 5g ginger, 5g salt, 2g MSG

Production process

1. Chop the chicken rack, chicken feet, chicken bones and chicken neck into pieces;

2. Cut winter bamboo shoots and ham into slices;

3. Put mushrooms, cabbage and vermicelli into a bowl;

4. Add salt, MSG, onion, ginger and soup and steam for about 10 minutes. Cut off the mushroom stems and set aside.

5. Put lard in a wok, add dried shrimps when the oil is hot, add cooking wine, add 1000 grams of good soup, add salt and MSG, adjust the taste, and serve in a casserole;

6. Add the bamboo shoots and ham, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about half an hour;

7. When the chicken pieces are tender and the soup is thick, add the steamed mushrooms, cabbage and vermicelli.
