How to make dacquoise meringue cookies

Nowadays, many people have lost interest in cooking. In addition to being too busy at work, another big reason is that the cooking process is too complicated. In fact, the method of making dacquoise meringue pancake is very simple and requires not many steps. As long as you are not too stupid, you can learn it quickly.

1. Sift together almond powder, cake flour and powdered sugar.

2. First beat the egg whites until they are white and foamy. Then add sugar in two batches and beat the egg whites until they are pointed and look silky. Do not beat them for too long.

3. Stir evenly and smoothly.

4. Add the egg whites into the flour twice and stir

5. Start making the filling. Heat the milk, egg liquid and sugar together. Stir constantly while heating, and the water will continue to evaporate until a little bit of milk yellow appears. Then add the butter and stir thoroughly.

6. Blend until smooth.

7. The special mold for Dacovoise was bought in Korea before.

8. Pour the egg white batter into the mold and smooth it with a spatula.

9. Remove the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 18 minutes, depending on the condition.

10. Put the filling into the piping bag

11. Squeeze it onto the dough as shown in the picture.

12. Clip the two pieces together, as shown in the picture. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes to allow the filling to solidify.

13. You can try to make fillings with different tastes by yourself.

14. Adding almond powder to any dessert can bring out a crispy texture.

15. You can also make mocha-flavored cream filling, but I gave up because I didn’t have mocha powder.
