How to make Osmanthus Fermented Rice Water Poached Egg

12. Bring the water in the pot to a slight boil and add appropriate amount of rock sugar.

13. Stir slightly and cook until the rock sugar melts. It can be served immediately.

14. Remove from the pan. Serve.

15. Sprinkle some dried osmanthus flowers.

16. In the cold winter, warm yourself up with a bowl of sweet-scented osmanthus wine and egg.
