1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Take two clean bowls and separate the egg yolks and egg whites.

10. Stir quickly up and down to mix evenly.

11. Line the baking tray with tin foil and sprinkle the raisins evenly on the baking tray.

12. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, pour the egg mixture into the baking pan and smooth it out, then sprinkle appropriate amount of raisins on it.

13. Place in the middle layer and bake for twenty minutes.

14. After taking it out of the oven, cover the cake with the baking net.

15. Turn over and remove the baking sheet.

16. Gently peel off the tin foil.

17. Cover the cake with tin foil again, turn it over and remove the baking rack.

18. After the cake has cooled, brush it with jam.

19. Use a rolling pin to roll up the tin foil in the opposite direction and push the cake forward to roll it up.

20.Wrap the cake with tin foil and wrap both ends tightly.

21. Put it in the refrigerator and take it out after it sets.

22. Cut into pieces and eat.
