1. Prepare the materials. The dumpling wrappers are ready-made or you can make them yourself.

3.2 Chop the bean sprouts and pour them into the minced pork (you can add more bean sprouts so that the dumplings will be more juicy after frying). 4. Add oil to the pan, put the dumplings in, and fry over low heat until the bottom is slightly yellow. Pour water to cover the dumplings about 1/3, cover and simmer over medium heat. When the amount of water is reduced by half, remove the lid and continue cooking until the water is boiled away (this process takes 5-10 minutes, so don't be impatient to ensure that the meat inside is cooked through). Continue frying over low heat for a while until the bottom turns browned.
