Potato Pancake Making

Potatoes are rich in starch. Eating them regularly is not only good for the body, but also helps absorption and promotes digestion. Potatoes, 2 eggs, green onions, coriander, flour, salt, five-spice powder, oil

1. Grate two potatoes, wash them with water, then beat two eggs, add green onions and coriander, add flour (depending on whether you like more or less vegetables, you can add water and flour as appropriate), make it into a thick paste, then add salt and a little five-spice powder.

2. Add oil to the pan. When it is slightly hot, use chopsticks to put some vegetable paste in. Adjust it into a round pancake shape and fry over low heat until both sides turn yellow.

Eggnog Potato Pancakes

Material

Ingredients: 200g potatoes (yellow skin),

Accessories: 75g eggs, 50g milk, 10g wheat flour,

Seasoning: 2g salt, 10g sugar, 2g chicken essence

1. Peel the eggs and beat them in a bowl;

2. Add milk, salt, sugar and chicken essence and mix into egg and milk sauce;

3. Steam the potatoes, peel them, and mash them into a paste;

4. Add flour, egg and milk to mashed potatoes and knead into dough;

5. Shape the dough into small balls with a diameter of 1 cm and flatten them gently with your hands;

6. Fry in a pan until both sides turn golden brown, then place on a plate.

300g potatoes, 300g water, 200g flour, 3g salt

1. Peel the potatoes, grate them into shreds and put them directly into water. This will prevent the potatoes from changing color and there is no need to add water when making the batter.

2. Add 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of curry powder and 3 grams of salt to the shredded potatoes.

3. Add flour and mix into a uniform paste. Add some green onions and mix well.

4. Add a small spoonful of oil to a hot pan, spread an appropriate amount of batter and shake evenly, then heat over medium heat for 3 minutes.

5. Turn over and continue heating for 3 minutes. The potato pancakes are done when golden brown.
