3. When the mashed potatoes are almost free of moisture, pour in milk, a teaspoon of salt, a little pepper, and stir-fry until the moisture is gone. Serve in a bowl.

4. Put sesame seeds on a plate, divide the mashed potatoes into 12 portions, and shape them into balls with your hands. Roll each ball in the sesame plate to coat it with sesame seeds.

5. Put enough oil in the wok to cover the meatballs, heat it to 60% hot, roll the meatballs in the egg liquid, then in the starch, put them in the wok, and keep turning the meatballs gently. When the surface of the meatballs turns golden brown, pick them up with a slotted spoon and place them on a plate lined with oil-absorbing paper.
