4. Wash the pork belly and cut it into thin slices

11. Bring to a boil over high heat

12. Pour into the pot

13. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes

14. Taste and add chicken powder and pepper, mix well, sprinkle with chopped green onions and chili peppers.
