Pan-fried lamb chops with red wine and mushroom sauce

Maybe you are studying away from home, or maybe you are busy with work every day, but no matter how busy you are, you still have to eat, because it is the basic condition for your survival. There are many ways to eat, but we have to eat healthily, we have to cook our own meals, only in this way can we be healthy. For this reason, I will first talk about the recipe of Pan-fried lamb chops with red wine and mushroom sauce.

1. Marinate the lamb chops with salt, black pepper, two cloves of minced garlic and red wine for four hours, turning them over every hour to ensure that both sides are evenly seasoned.

2. Dice the broccoli, shred the cabbage, slice the carrots, and dice half an onion for later use.

3. Take two cloves of garlic and the remaining half of the onion and chop them into dices about 2 to 3 mm each. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thick slices. Put them together for later use.

4. Heat the pan, pour in a small amount of oil (because the lamb chops themselves will produce a lot of oil), use paper to dry the surface moisture of the lamb chops, put them into the pan and fry them on both sides until they are charred. It is best to cover the pot during the process because the lamb chops are thick.

5. After frying the lamb chops, there is a lot of oil left in the pan. Use the remaining oil to fry four slices of whole grain bread. Since there is no rice in Western food, this can be used as the staple food.

6. Heat the pan again, add oil, pour in chopped onion, chopped garlic and mushroom slices and stir-fry. After the aroma of onion and garlic comes out, add salt and black pepper and continue to stir-fry. Then add a bowl of water and half a glass of red wine (the amount of sauce can be increased or decreased according to preference, some people like more water and some like less), cook over high heat for five minutes, then add water starch and continue to cook the sauce to thicken it

7. Pour the cooked sauce onto the fried lamb chops and serve.

8. Use minced garlic to fry the carrots, broccoli and other vegetables, add salt and serve with bread and lamb chops.

The recipe of pan-fried lamb chops with red wine and mushroom sauce has been introduced, but everyone’s understanding of it is definitely different, so the taste will inevitably be different. So, go try it and see what it tastes like when you make it yourself.
