4. Use a spoon as a measuring tool to take 1 part wine, 2 parts vinegar, 3 parts sugar, 4 parts soy sauce, and 5 parts broth (or water) to prepare the sweet and sour sauce;

5. Heat the pan and add oil. Turn the pan to cover the bottom with oil. When the oil is warm, place the spine flat in the pan and fry until the surface is golden brown.

6. Mix the sweet and sour sauce evenly and pour it into the pot. Add 1 spoon each of tomato sauce and CJ blueberry sauce. Mix the materials and seasonings in the pot evenly and bring to a boil. Turn to medium-low heat, cover and simmer until the soup is thick. Turn to high heat to reduce the sauce. Pay attention to stir the pot so that the meat and bones are evenly coated with the sauce. Before removing from the pot, drizzle in a little balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with fried sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
