For many friends who like to eat chili peppers, chili sauce is a must-have in the home. Compared with red peppers, green peppers are slightly less spicy, suitable for friends who can't eat spicy food. There are also different ways to pickle chili sauce, which can be made according to your own preferences and taste. So, what are the methods for pickling green peppers?

Direct pickling. First, choose fresh green peppers with good color, wash them, dry them, pierce them, and put them in a jar. Put peppercorns, aniseed and ginger into a cloth bag, put it into salt water and boil it for 3 to 5 minutes, then take it out and put it into a jar after the salt water has cooled down. Stir it once a day for 3 to 5 times in a row. It will be ready after about 30 days.

Marinated in oil. First, buy fresh green peppers, wash, dry and cut them, then add appropriate amount of salt and drain the water. Bring the peanut oil to a boil, then pour in the soy sauce, add peppercorns, sugar, and salt, then bring to a boil and let cool thoroughly. Then add white wine, MSG, ginger, garlic and sesame oil. Seal the jar and wait for 30 days before serving.

Marinated in soy sauce. First, wash and slice the green peppers. It is best to dry it in the sun to remove more moisture to avoid too much water being released after pickling. Then slice the garlic cloves and shred the ginger. Put all the above seasonings such as soy sauce into a container, bring to a boil over low heat, stir evenly, and let cool for later use. Add green chili slices, garlic slices and ginger shreds into the marinade and mix well. If the container is small, you can add them in batches.
