How to cook pickled cabbage and fennel

1.12 Ingredients: One silver carp, ginger, shallot, cooking wine, a little sugar, salad oil, soy sauce, salt, fennel, chicken essence, dried red pepper. This is the fennel leaf.

3. Cut the shallot into sections, ginger into slices, fennel into flakes, dry red pepper into sections, and pickled cabbage into pieces

4. Heat the wok until the oil is 60% to 70% hot and add the silver carp pieces

5. Continue frying downwards until the fish pieces turn golden brown (fried through).

6. Add onion, ginger and chili, and add hot water (soup) when the aroma comes out. Add sugar, soy sauce, pickled cabbage and cooking wine. Bring to a boil, cover the pot and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.

7. When the soup thickens, add fennel and chicken essence, cook for about 2 minutes, and serve.
