16. Heat some oil in a pan, add the chicken pieces and stir-fry over medium heat.

17. Stir-fry the chicken until all the moisture is gone. When there is no popping sound of water or oil in the pan, add rice wine and stir-fry evenly.

18. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry over high heat until the soy sauce and oyster sauce are evenly absorbed by the chicken pieces, but do not let them burn.

19. After the food becomes dry, add the bell peppers and stir-fry.

20. Finally, pour in the mixed spicy ingredients that have been fried in advance.

21. After stir-frying the spicy ingredients evenly, you can serve it on a plate.
