How to cook diced lotus root with pepper and dried tofu

I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you the cooking method of diced lotus root with chili and dried tofu.

1. Wash, peel and dice the lotus root, dice the dried tofu, and cut the dried chili in half along the direction of its growth.

2. Brush a little oil on the frying pan, add diced lotus root, diced dried tofu and dried chili and stir.

3. Cover the stove and set the timer to 10 minutes at 250 degrees.

4. After 10 minutes, sprinkle some salt and add soy sauce, cooking wine and coriander to season.

5. Continue heating at 250 degrees for 3 minutes and it's done.
