12. Then remove and drain the oil

13. Use bamboo sticks to string the meatballs together

14. Put 1 teaspoon of water in the pot, add 1 tablespoon of Thai chili sauce, add 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce, heat over low heat and stir

15. Then coat the surface of the meatballs with hot sauce.
