How to make braised chicken steak

1. Debone the chicken legs (you can also remove the skin if you don’t like chicken skin), add a little salt, cooking wine and pepper and marinate for half an hour.

3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add the chicken thighs and fry the skin side first.

5. After both sides of the chicken steak are fried, pour in the sauce and bring to a boil.

6. Cover the lid and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes so that the chicken fillet is easier to cook.

7. Place the cooked chicken fillet on a plate.

8. Bring the sauce to a boil over high heat, and when it thickens a little, pour the sauce over the chicken fillet. (If you like thickening, you can also use thin starch)
