How to make fried conch with soy sauce

1.1 Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into the pan and sauté ginger, garlic and chili peppers.

4. Stir-fry for a while, then pour in 2 spoons of cooking wine, 1 spoon of bean paste, and half a teaspoon of thirteen spices. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Add half a spoon of chicken essence and stir well. If you have green onions, sprinkle some in (if you don’t have any at home, just omit them). Remove from the pan.
