1. Coconut glutinous rice balls

2. Almond Sponge Cake

Ingredients: 100 grams of low-gluten flour, 3 grams of baking powder, 1 gram of salt, 50 grams of butter, 55 grams of brown sugar, 1 egg, 60 grams of milk, 25 grams of almond meat, 8 whole almonds.

1. Preparation: Soften the butter at room temperature; sift the mixed flours; put the paper mold into the mold; put the almond meat on the baking tray, bake at 170 degrees for 5 minutes, take out and chop.

2. Put the butter in a bowl, beat it until soft, then add brown sugar and beat until there are no fine particles in the sugar; add egg liquid in 3 times and beat thoroughly.

5. Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes. After baking, take it out and place it on a rack to cool.

3. Five-spice taro cake

Ingredients : 1 taro (450g), 1 carrot, 30g dried shrimp, 100g cornstarch, 5g salt, 9g sugar, 3g five-spice powder, 6g chicken powder.

1. Cut taro and carrot into shreds; clean the dried shrimps, soak them in clean water until soft, and sauté them with a little oil, set aside.

2. Add salt, sugar and chicken powder to the taro shreds and mix well.

3. Add five-spice powder and cornstarch and mix well.

4. After stirring, put it into the steamed cake plate. When the taro shreds become soft, flatten and press it tightly.

5. Sprinkle shredded carrots and dried shrimps on top, then flatten and press tightly.

6. Steam in a steamer over high heat for 10 minutes, take out, let cool, cut into pieces, and fry in a little oil until both sides are golden brown.
