Method 1

Pick the ripe ones with full grains. Use a steamer to steam the mulberry until it is cooked, but do not steam it for too long. Then place it in a winnowing basket and dry it in the sun. When the mulberry fruits are slightly dry, steam them again and continue to dry them in the sun. Repeat this three times, that is, the mulberry should be steamed and dried three times. Put the dried mulberry seeds in a wine jar or glass jar, add wolfberry, red dates and other medicinal materials, and then add one or two rock sugars to help the wine taste smoother. Pour in rice wine. Generally, 1 jin of dried rice seeds can be soaked in 3 to 4 jin of wine. Store tightly sealed. It can be consumed after three months, and the taste will be better after soaking for more than half a year.

The steaming time of mature twisted banana should not be too long, otherwise it will become overcooked and lose its nutrients.

Method 2

Use fresh jasmine. Dry in the sun, steam and dry three times. Dry it and steam it in a snail. Repeat this three times, steaming and drying it three times. Then soak in wine. Soak red dates and wolfberries together. The taste is better. Start soaking, put it in a glass bottle and add a little rock sugar. Generally, one pound of dry wood is soaked in 3 to 4 pounds of liquor, and the liquor should be above 50% alcohol.

1. Treat anemia in pregnant women, physical weakness after illness, and neurasthenia: 3 to 5 cents of dried Gang? fruit. Decoction in water.

2. Treat coughing up blood due to overwork: Soak dried myrtle fruits in human urine for two weeks, dry them in the sun, calcine them on new tiles, and grind them into fine powder. Take three grams each time, twice a day, with urine of children.

3. To treat nosebleed: 50 cents of dried hawthorn fruit and 2 catfish. Use three bowls of water, boil it until it becomes half a bowl, and drink it.

4. To treat bloody stool: 0.5 liang of dried Rhizoma Cyperi. Boil two bowls of water until 80% of the liquid is consumed once a day for several times in a row.
