How to make tomato and enoki mushroom stewed pork

4. After the water in the pot boils, turn off the heat. Put the enoki mushrooms in with the tomatoes facing down, blanch for about 5 seconds and immediately remove from the pot and rinse with cold water. (Blanching can make it easier to peel tomatoes and remove dirt from enoki mushrooms)

5.Cut the peeled tomatoes into pieces.

6. Pour a small amount of oil into the pan, sauté the ginger and garlic, then add the shredded pork and stir-fry.

7. After the tomatoes change color, add them and stir-fry together.

8. After the tomatoes are heated and the juice is left, add 1 spoon of salt, half a spoon of sugar, tomato sauce, and a few drops of white vinegar, and continue to stir-fry evenly.

9. When the soup becomes thick, pour in the enoki mushrooms and turn off the heat immediately. Sprinkle some chicken stock and stir well. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
