1. Prepare all the ingredients as shown in the picture ~ Chop mozzarella cheese, green onions, green and red peppers, and dice sausage and ham for later use ~ The sausage I use is Sichuan sausage, which has a strong spicy flavor! So the finished product will be slightly spicy. For those who can’t eat spicy food, just replace Sichuan flavor with Cantonese flavor~! >_

2. Heat a pan with slightly less oil than for cooking, turn to low heat, add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant. Remember to keep the fire low, don't burn it. This is entirely my personal preference. If you are not used to the taste of green onions, you can omit it.

3. After the green onions become fragrant, add the chopped green and red peppers and stir-fry until the peppers change color slightly!

4. Now add ham and sausage cubes~

5. Sausages must have both fat and lean parts. The fat will release oil during the frying process. After the sausages are fried to release the oil, you can pour in the rice like this!

6. When frying rice, also pay attention to breaking up the rice. After the rice and other ingredients in the pot are completely blended, you can add some of your favorite seasonings! Like me, I like black pepper, so I’ll add it now~

7. Add pizza sauce and stir fry evenly~

8. The aroma is already very strong at this point. If you want the rice to taste richer, you can pour in about 40g of light cream or milk after the pizza sauce and rice are completely blended. Believe me, the taste is amazing when done this way! The taste will be great too!

9. It’s time to serve! Now, add seasoning to taste! ! I added a little salt, a little chicken powder, some curry powder and a little garlic powder (==#) I love the taste of it, this is not necessary~

10. Remove the rice from the heat and spread it evenly in a baking dish. I used a ceramic baking dish I bought online, which has ears, so it is very convenient to take out! The caramel pudding in the upper right corner is saying hello to everyone~!

11. Evenly spread the shredded mozzarella cheese on the rice. I have 40g here, you can have more! 5. 60g or something would be very loving! Put the semi-finished baked rice into a preheated 190° oven, on the middle layer, with upper and lower fire, and bake until the cheese melts and changes color slightly. I looked at the time, it was about 10 minutes. The temperature of my oven is a bit high. When you make it, you can adjust the temperature according to the actual situation of your oven!
