How to cook fish fillet with Chinese cabbage

1. Prepare fresh ingredients

2. Wash and select the choy sum, slice the fish and marinate with seasoning for 15 minutes, cut the onion and chili into small pieces, and slice the ginger and garlic

3. Boil a pot of water, add some oil and put the choy sum

4. Blanch the choy sum until cooked, remove and set aside

5. Heat the pan, sauté ginger and garlic slices with oil, add an appropriate amount of water, about 1 bowl (stock is best), and boil.

6. Add the marinated fish fillet

7. Blanch the fish fillets over low heat until they change color. Taste the fish fillets and add salt and pepper as needed.

8. Add chili peppers

9. Put the fish fillet and soup into the plate with the cooked choy sum, sprinkle with chopped green onions and a little sesame oil.
