3. Roast peanuts until fragrant, peel and crush into coarse grains, fry sesame seeds until fragrant, and set aside

4. Cut the cucumber into shreds

5. Make simple red oil, clean the pot, add a little two tablespoons of oil, scoop a small spoonful into the bowl with chili powder, and mix the chili powder evenly.

6. Pour the peppercorns and chopped dried chilies into the remaining oil in the pot, continue to heat over low heat, and when the aroma comes out, remove the peppercorns and dried chilies and set aside

7. Continue to heat the oil. Turn off the heat when it starts to smoke. Pour the chili powder mixed with oil and mix quickly.

8. Then add minced garlic, soy sauce, chicken broth, salt, sugar, balsamic vinegar, and the previously sautéed peppercorns and dried chilies to make the sauce

9. After the red oil sauce has cooled down a bit, take out the Arctic shrimp and place it on the cucumber shreds in the dish. Pour the sauce in, sprinkle with sesame seeds and crushed peanuts, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
