How to make fried tofu with bean sprouts and oil residue

For those who have just entered the marriage hall, do you feel a little anxious? Since my parents prepared everything for me when I was young, now I have to do everything by myself. 1. Cut the tofu into small pieces and blanch them for later use. Dice the ginger, shallots and garlic seeds (fresh garlic is best in winter) and set aside.

2. I didn’t buy the kind of soybean sprouts that only sprout a little today, so I can only use this long soybean sprout instead.

3. Slice the fat from the tenderloin and boil it into oil residue. Because my son wants to eat lean meat slices, I added some meat slices today. Mix the meat slices with sweet potato flour and a little seafood soy sauce.

4. Boil the fat into oil residue.

5. Heat oil in a pan and put in tofu. Do not stir-fry immediately. Wait until the tofu is slightly browned before stir-frying.

6. Add bean sprouts, peppers, ginger, garlic and salt and stir fry

7. Add oil residue, green onions and seafood soy sauce before serving.

8. Serve.
