How to make fried cabbage with meat slices

1. Cut the cabbage into shreds, soak it in salt water and then wash it clean. Then slice the meat (the picture of cutting the meat is omitted, I took a photo but didn’t save it).

2.1 Add the meat slices and stir-fry.

3.2 Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger, garlic and onion until fragrant. (If you like it spicy, you can add black beans and dried peppers in this step)

4.1 Serve the fried meat slices. Add some cabbage and stir-fry.

5.2 Stir-fry until the meat slices change color, then add a little cooking wine and aged vinegar.

6. When the cabbage is soft, add the meat slices and stir-fry.

7. Add fermented black beans and a little dark soy sauce and continue stir-frying.

8. Fry the cabbage until cooked, add salt and green onion leaves, stir-fry evenly and then serve.
