What herbs should be used in fish maw chicken soup

Method 1

Ingredients: 20g fish maw, half a black chicken, 7 flower mushrooms, ginger, cooking wine, salt

step:

1. Soak the fish maw in clean water for 12 hours and pour out the water. Put clean water and ginger slices in a pot and bring to a boil. Put the soaked fish maw in and cook for 20 minutes. Take it out, rinse it with cold water and wash it clean.

2. Soak the mushrooms in warm water; chop the black-bone chicken into pieces and wash it clean. Put water in a pot, add ginger slices and bring to a boil, put the black-bone chicken into the water, and when the water boils again, pour in cooking wine and bring to a boil again. Take out the black chicken and wash it with cold water.

3. Put the black chicken, mushrooms, fish maw and ginger slices into the casserole, stew on "strong" setting for 5 hours, and season with salt before drinking.

Method 2

Ingredients: 10g cordyceps flower, 2 fish maws, 1 chicken leg, 150g pork bone, 1 candied date, 3 slices of ginger

step:

1. Pork bones, chicken legs, fish maw, cordyceps flowers, ginger slices, and candied dates.

2. Soak the Cordyceps flowers in clean water and wash them clean.

3. Soak the fish maw briefly and clean it. This small fish maw does not need to be soaked. Soaking it briefly is to make it easier to clean the impurities attached to the fish maw.

4. Wash all the ingredients and put them into the soup pot. Add appropriate amount of water, about 7 or 8 bowls of water.

5. Cover the pot and cook the soup over high heat, then simmer over low heat.

6. Cook for about 1.5 hours. Add salt or not depends on your taste. No salt added, original flavor, very sweet.

Tips: When the soup just starts to boil, skim off the floating foam to make the soup clearer.

1. Chicken soup can stimulate the secretion of gastric acid. Therefore, patients with gastric ulcers, excessive stomach acid or gastric bleeding generally should not drink chicken soup.

2. People who often suffer from cholecystitis and cholelithiasis should not drink too much chicken soup, because the digestion of fat in chicken soup requires the participation of bile.
