Put it in a bowl and marinate with cooking wine, light soy sauce, onion, ginger and garlic for 20 minutes. Soak the dried plums in boiling water for 30 minutes, wash and squeeze out the water for later use

3. In another pot, add a little oil and stir-fry the pickled mustard greens, add light soy sauce for seasoning and stir-fry until fragrant. You can add some salt as appropriate. Dried plums are salty, so add a small amount of salt.

4. Arrange the chicken thighs in strips at the bottom and around the bowl, and add the fried pickled mustard greens in the middle.

5. Boil water in a steamer, steam the dish over high heat for 15 minutes. After steaming, pour the soup from the bowl into the wok and add water starch made from corn starch to thicken. Turn the meat upside down onto a plate and pour the soup over the chicken thighs.
