How to make the wine-flavored sizzling potato

1. Heat a little oil in a pan, then put the potatoes into the pan and fry them. When the potatoes turn golden brown, remove them and set aside.

2.1 Drain the fat from the pot and leave only a small amount of oil, then add the rock sugar cubes and stir-fry until melted.

3.2 Put the pork belly into the bottom oil in the pan and fry it. When the pork belly is fried out of oil and the surface turns golden yellow, remove it and set aside.

4.12 When the rock sugar melts and turns slightly yellow, add the spices, green onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

5.21 Finally, add the stir-fried pork belly and stir-fry briefly, then add a little boiling water and pour in Shaoxing Huadiao wine.

6. Pour appropriate amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce into the pot and mix well.

7. After the soup boils, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot and simmer for 35 minutes.

8.1 Cover the pot again and simmer for 20 minutes.

9.2 After the meat is cooked, add the fried potatoes and stir-fry briefly.

10. After the potatoes are cooked through, use high heat to reduce the juice. When the juice is reduced to 50%, use low heat to keep warm.

11. Heat the cast iron grill plate.

12. In another pan, add a little oil, add onion cubes and stir-fry evenly, then add a little oyster sauce and stir-fry.

13. Fry the onion until cooked and pour it into the iron plate.

14. Sprinkle a little crushed black pepper and MSG into the cooked potatoes and stir well.

15. When the pepper is fried and fragrant, you can take it out of the pan, pour the cooked potatoes into the iron plate, put a plate under the iron plate and serve it on the table together with the iron plate. The fragrant iron plate potatoes are ready.
