1. After the butter is softened, add fine sugar and beat with a whisk until the volume is fluffy.

11. Place the cut cookies on a baking tray or baking rack lined with baking paper, leaving enough distance between each cookie. Put the baking tray into the oven preheated to 180℃ and bake for about 15 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
