Ingredients: 1 teaspoon salt, 1/3 teaspoon vinegar, 2 tablespoons each of soy sauce and starch, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil. You can also add sesame seeds and other seasonings according to your preference.

1. Wash the dried scallops, add 2 cups of warm water, steam them in a steamer for 30 minutes, take them out and let them cool, then tear them into thin strips by hand; wash the hair algae, soak them until soft, and cut them into sections.

2. Wash the swordfish meat, remove the internal organs and cartilage of the small squid, wash them, and cut them into strips. Remove the intestines of the shrimp, wash them, and cut them into small pieces. Pick the leaves of the cilantro, wash them, and open the canned corn kernels for later use.

3. Pour 8 cups of water into the pot and cook. Add all the ingredients except coriander and cook. Add various seasonings and mix well. Then you can serve it on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds and coriander when eating.
