2. Take 150 grams of white sugar and add 150 grams of water to boil into sugar liquid. Pour the plum flesh into the sugar solution and marinate for half a day. Then filter out the sugar liquid, add 50 grams of white sugar to dissolve, pour it into the pan and marinate for half a day. When marinating, turn it upside down frequently to stir it evenly.

3. Boil the pickled plums and sugar solution together for about 10 minutes, then pour in the honey and continue cooking for about 30 minutes. Remove the plums and let them cool to make candied plums.

What are the uses of plum preserves?
