1. Pour milk, animal cream, fine sugar and concentrated agar powder into a bowl and set aside

3.2 Pour all the ingredients in step 1 into the pot, stir with a whisk until boiling and turn off the heat

6. Take a spring roll wrapper, wrap 2 small strips of milk jelly, and apply batter water on the joints.

7. Beat the eggs and stir them into egg liquid, mix the low-gluten flour and water, then add the stirred egg liquid and stir again into batter, then brush the batter evenly on the surface of the milk roll

8. Pour 70% of the oil into the pot and heat it to 200 degrees. Put in the milk rolls and fry until the skin is crispy. Then remove from the oil and cut into pieces. It is more delicious when served with cherries
