Steamed Enoki Mushrooms with Garlic

Steamed Enoki Mushrooms with Garlic

Ingredients: 1 pack of enoki mushrooms, 5 cloves of garlic

Accessories: Chives

Seasoning: 1 spoon of salad oil, 2 grams of salt, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, some sugar

1. Prepare the enoki mushrooms, onions and garlic, and chop the garlic and onions.

2. Add a little salt, sugar and water to seafood soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix well. If there is no seafood soy sauce, you can use light soy sauce or fresh soy sauce instead.

3. Cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms, soak them in salt water for a while, drain the water, and arrange them on a plate.

5. Place the plate in the microwave and set on high for 2 minutes.
