How to make refreshing three-shredded vegetables

11. Cover the dishes with oil quickly.

12. After simmering for a few minutes, mix well and serve.

13. After the excess pepper oil has cooled, put it in a bottle, so you don’t have to fry it fresh when mixing vegetables in the future - this is my lazy trick:)
