Oil. There are two types of oil used for baking: butter and vegetable oil. Butter is generally unsalted butter. Of course, some individual recipes use salted butter, so it is recommended that beginners buy unsalted butter. When choosing vegetable oil, choose corn oil, soybean oil, or other oil that does not have a strong odor. It is not recommended to use oil with a strong odor like peanut oil as it will affect the quality of the finished product.

yeast. Yeast is an essential ingredient for making bread. Anyone who has made steamed buns knows that yeast must be added to flour and the dough must be fermented to make soft steamed buns.
