Homemade boiled beef slices

Boiled beef slices is a common home cooking method and a traditional Sichuan dish. It tastes very fresh, spicy and has a balanced nutritional intake. When making boiled pork slices, you should prepare at least five kinds of vegetables, half of which should be dark vegetables. Ingredients: Beef tenderloin

Accessories: lettuce, bean sprouts, green onions, green and red pepper rings, onions, garlic

Seasoning: salt, chicken powder, pepper, cooking wine, sesame oil, bean paste, sesame, pepper, dried chili

Preparation method:

1. Heat a wok and pour in oil. Add chopped green onion, garlic, green and red pepper rings and stir-fry. Add lettuce and bean sprouts and stir-fry. Add salt and cooking wine and stir well. Put in a bowl.

2. Stir-fry the bean paste in the original pot until fragrant, add a little water, salt, chicken essence, and cooking wine, put in the beef slices and blanch them. Pour into a bowl, sprinkle with chopped green garlic, dried chili peppers, and chopped Sichuan peppercorns, and pour a little hot oil on top.
