Lamb chops with balsamic vinegar sauce

1.1 First, marinate the lamb chops with salt, pepper granules and minced garlic for 12 hours, or overnight. Some people also directly use salt and black pepper to mix it, both are fine, according to personal taste.

2.2 Crush half of the garlic into garlic paste and chop the rosemary into fine pieces for later use.

3. Take out the marinated lamb chops and scrape off the garlic paste (don’t throw away the garlic paste). Mix the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, bread crumbs, French mustard and a little olive oil together and stir well to make the baking material (the amount of bread crumbs depends on personal taste)

4. Add a little olive oil to the pan, add the remaining whole garlic, then put in the lamb chops, and fry on medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side to fry out the lamb fat. Then serve the garlic and lamb chops.

5. Use the remaining oil, add balsamic vinegar and a little salt, boil into a thick sauce, and set aside.

6. Spread the baking sauce mixed with bread crumbs evenly on the lamb chops, on both sides, and press firmly. Then put the lamb in the oven. My oven has no temperature setting, so bake the first side for 10 minutes, then turn it over and bake for another 8 minutes. Finally, serve on a plate and drizzle with balsamic vinegar sauce.
