How to make cranberry bread

1. Mix all the ingredients except butter into dough

2. Put the dough into a fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate for 20 minutes

3. Take it out of the refrigerator, add softened butter, and knead the dough for about 20 minutes.

4. Until a flexible film can be pulled out

5. Knead the dough until the surface is smooth, cover with film and ferment

6. When the dough has doubled in size, poke it with your finger and the dough should neither shrink nor rebound.

7. Degas the fermented dough, divide it into 3 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

8. Use a rolling pin to roll each dough into a 18cm round shape, spread melted butter on it, sprinkle with cranberries, and overlap each other. Do not spread butter on the top piece.

9. Use a knife to cut the center into rice-shaped lines. Do not cut the edges. Cut a hole in the middle of each piece.

10. Pieces of it come out from the bottom

11. Then move the sharp corners to the middle, put it into an eight-inch mold, and apply butter on the surface of the mold to facilitate demoulding.

12. When the second fermentation is twice as large, brush the surface with egg liquid and bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 23 minutes

13. Cover with tin foil when the color is satisfactory and the bread is ready.
