1. Cut seven slices of bacon in half from the middle, take 20 grams of French black pepper marinade and add 40 grams of water to make a sauce, dip both sides of the bacon slices in the sauce and arrange them in the box, cover and marinate for 10-15 minutes, cut the bait into 14 even rectangular strips (the recommended amount of marinade is 1KG meat plus 70g marinade and 70g water, but because the bacon itself is very salty, it cannot be mixed with juice in a ratio of 1:1, otherwise it will be very salty. 2.1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put it in the middle layer of the oven, bake it for 12-15 minutes

3.2 Take a piece of cured bacon, put a piece of bait on it, roll it up from the edge, insert a toothpick at the interface, and place the rolled bacon rolls neatly on the baking tray.

4. Because everyone's oven power is different, the temperature and time are for reference only. Friends who are not sure can open 180 degrees, watch by the oven, and see that the bacon becomes a little burnt and is almost done when the edges are rolled up. Tuo Tuo's mother likes a crispy taste, so she likes to bake the meat until it is almost burnt. Friends who like a softer taste can reduce the baking time slightly.
