How to make chopped green onion pancakes

1. Prepare the ingredients, put flour and corn flour into a bowl and chop the green onion. (Forgot to take a picture of the flour)

2. Add appropriate amount of warm water into the basin and stir into flocs. Knead the dough until it is shiny and let it rise for half an hour.

3. Pinch the dough into five small balls of even size. Sprinkle more dry powder to prevent sticking. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a thin sheet, as thin as possible.

4. Apply a layer of sesame oil and sprinkle some salt, thirteen spices and chopped green onions evenly.

5. Cut into 1 cm strips with a knife, leaving both ends uncut

6. Slowly twist the noodles.

7. Roll up the noodles from one end, with one end on top and the other end on the bottom. Flatten it with your palm and apply a layer of lard.

8. Pour appropriate amount of sesame oil into the electric baking pan and preheat it. Put in the dough and start baking.

9. After one side is golden brown, turn it over and brush a layer of sesame oil on it. And beat with a shovel. Keep doing this until both sides turn golden brown.

10. Done. Use chopsticks to shake it up to make it more crispy!
