How to make braised corn ribs

In order to solve this problem, I will now teach you how to make braised corn ribs.

1. Drain the ribs thoroughly after blanching; chop the corn into sections, and cut each section into quarters; smash the ginger; chop one scallion into small pieces, and cut the rest into sections

6. When the ribs are cooked to your preferred tenderness and there is about half a cup of soup in the pot, remove the ribs and corn chunks and use a colander to remove the residue from the soup.

7. Turn to medium-high heat to thicken

8. Add the ribs and corn cubes and quickly turn them over to coat them with the sauce.

9. Remove from heat and place on a plate. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
