Hot and Sour Soup Ingredients and Method

In the cold winter, drinking a bowl of hot and sour soup will make you feel warm all over. As we all know, the characteristics of hot and sour soup are sour, spicy, salty, fresh and fragrant. When making hot and sour soup, ingredients such as shredded pork, tofu, and winter bamboo shoots are added and cooked. A bowl of delicious hot and sour soup can help sober you up and aid digestion. Hot and Sour Soup 1:

Ingredients:

Tofu, winter bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, black fungus, ham (or shredded cooked chicken or pork), and eggs. Appropriate amounts of broth, vinegar, soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, salt, water starch and sesame oil.

Production steps:

1. Dice the tofu and blanch it in water; cut the bamboo shoots and ham into thin strips; soak the mushrooms and black fungus, wash them, and cut them into strips; beat the eggs and set aside. Pour an appropriate amount of pepper powder into a small bowl, add vinegar to dissolve the pepper powder and set aside. Put the pot on the fire, pour in the broth, or use water if there is no broth. After boiling, add the tofu and cook briefly.

2. Then add shredded winter bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, ham and fungus. After boiling, add soy sauce, cooking wine and salt to adjust the color and season, then thicken with water starch. At this time, pour in the egg liquid while stirring with a spoon, and finally add the dissolved pepper and vinegar, drizzle in sesame oil and turn off the heat. The vinegar must be added later. Finally, add some chopped coriander or chopped green onion as garnish.

Hot and Sour Soup 2:

Ingredients:

Enoki mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, diced beef, shredded tripe, vermicelli, small gluten, chili peppers, pepper powder, and cornstarch in appropriate amounts.

Production steps:

1. First, stir-fry the chili peppers to release the aroma. Then add the oyster mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, shredded bean curd sheets and diced beef. When they are 70% cooked, add 3 to 5 bowls of water. When adding soy sauce, be sure to put the soy sauce first and then the salt, because soy sauce itself is salty. If you put salt first and then the soy sauce, you may not be able to tell the saltiness and the taste will be too salty.

2. Then add vinegar, which can be added according to personal preference, and then add salt, MSG, and chicken essence. After cooking for a while, add vermicelli and gluten, then add starch water, stirring as you pour to prevent the soup from coagulating into lumps. Finally, sprinkle some pepper and it's done.

Hot and Sour Soup Three:

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, pour in a small bag of Weihaomei Hot and Sour Soup Seasoning, stir well and put it on the fire to cook. Cut the tender tofu into small pieces and put it into the soup. After the soup boils, simmer on low heat for five minutes. Crack an egg and you're done. If you like strong flavor, you can add some vinegar and black pepper before serving.
