Because my brother Qiang and I like to eat the bitter melon that is like overnight, soft and tasty, so I simmered it for about five minutes. I don’t know if it’s because the casserole is particularly heated, but after only a few minutes of simmering, the bitter melon was completely soft and tasty~~
