How to make tofu buns

Many people may no longer have too many requirements for the quality of life due to the pressure of work. They often eat out casually. In fact, it is not difficult to treat yourself well. 1. The first step is of course to knead the dough first. This is simple and will not be introduced in detail. Remember to use yeast powder!

2. Dice the tofu and fry it in a pan

3. Mix two eggs, fry them in oil and beat them.

4. Then chop the scallion and ginger, chop the green pepper, and chop the cooked mushrooms. Put them into the tofu, add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, thirteen spices and other seasonings, and mix well.

5. Wait for the dough to rise and then you can make buns. The risen dough should look like this

6. Roll into dough and cut into pieces. The steps are the same as making dumplings, but the pieces are slightly larger than those for dumplings.

7. Roll the dough and start wrapping

10. After wrapping everything, wait 20 minutes before steaming. Leave a finger-sized gap between the buns.

11. Steam over high heat for 15 minutes. Remove the lid 5 minutes after turning off the heat. Serve on a plate and take a picture. The buns are ready. Start eating. They are so delicious!

Eating out may not guarantee the hygiene of the food, so you can only feel at ease if you cook it yourself. Tofu buns are easy to make and are guaranteed to be healthy.
