6. Let it cool down and cut it into pieces and arrange it on a plate (I’m not a great knife expert, but it tastes really good).

7. Mix minced garlic, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil into seasoning and eat it directly with the pork belly. This dish is fresh and refreshing, not greasy, and my baby loves it.
